Great question! Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can be quite costly, with annual expenses exceeding $100,000, not to mention benefits. Additionally, finding available designers with the right skill set can be a challenge. Moreover, you may not always have a continuous stream of design work to keep them occupied, which means you'll end up paying for idle time. With UX Games Studio's monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you only pay for the services when you have active design work available.

Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests as you need to your queue. We'll work on delivering them one by one, ensuring each request receives our full attention and dedication.

We offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Miro. We can jump on a zoom call together or some common ways clients request designs is directly via Miro and Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

Most requests are designed and managed through collaborations tools such as Trello, Miro and or Figma.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. This means that the billing cycle will be paused.

Our goal is to provide quick turnaround times for your designs. On average, most requests are completed within two days or less. However, please keep in mind that more complex design requests may require additional time.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

We focused on accessibility and player psychology to build the foundation of the best possible experience from but if you require UI style guides and artwork some of our packages contain this as an additional benefit.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with the initial design, we offer unlimited revisions until we achieve the design that meets your expectations. We work closely with you, incorporating your feedback to ensure the final design is perfect for your needs.
